FYI: 'Minor movement speed' is now 10%, even though the tooltip on enchants say 8%

Not sure if this is well known or not yet, but I've seen quite a few people with 10% movement speed enchant on cloak along with the movement speed on boots (this included me up until recently). Obviously they don't stack but the confusion could be behind the tooltips on the boots enchants.

This includes, regardless of what the tooltip says:
Enchant Boots - Assassin's Step
Enchant Boots - Boar's Speed
PvP Vendor boots that say 'minor movement speed'
And other 'minor movement speed' boot enchants.

Could save a bit of gold in choosing your cloak enchant.

Well known, and it's also well known that "Minor Speed" (just speed, no stats) stacks with cloak for 120%

I recently discovered this myself. I wonder if this is intended, or if they will nerf the minor speed stacking in a future patch. Might be a good choice for future vet accounts to enchant another pair of boots with something else just in case they nerf the speed buff. Because you can't apply enchant scrolls when in veteran state right?

You can't. Idk if it is only high level scrolls, but some you can't apply after ended sub

Well I sure won't be using the speed boot enchant... Don't really have a huge problem getting kited as warrior.
