Great question!
What I mean is, if you meet the standards of the guild, and have a great attitude and all that was mentioned above, then of course I would be delighted to be able to fund you meaning, give u the required enchants, some boes that aren't impossible to get ( or as close as ), and tell you what gear to get in other words, supply you with a twink. So I give you the enchants required, and some boes, and then u farm the bops from dungs yourself we are also doing daily gnomeregan runs, we take one agility, intellect, strength, spirit user and then everyone gets their stuff ( hopefully ) if say the bracer of 8 ap drops, then the str user and agil user roll for it. Everyone then greeds on double stats such as monkey eagle etc and stamina hope that helps
