Has Blackened Defias Chest Piece and another piece, is it worth buying more of the set to put me at an advantage, or is the Defias set worthless for a rogue? If a munitary value was to be put on a character with the defias chest, if any at all, what would you say it was?

Barely anything because the only value in that character is a chest piece that is only good for Mog

Last I knew full defias was part of getting max agil, the full set gives a bonus 5 agility.

Are the boots still available? I've seen legs belt and I think gloves on Ah but never boots?

Yes boots are available. Hard to come by but boe and definately available.

Boots are GF'd but BoE. And full defias is BiS max AP (not agi, but almost the same)

Edit: Also what does the bracer enchant give?

Blackened Defias Set is BiS for max AP set. It's 3 agi 5 stam 5 arcane resist vs 11 crit 2 haste compared to what others normally use (gloom + loom legs + feet of the lynx + gloves of the fang + blackened defias belt)

For Blackened Defias Boots are only valuable to rogues who already have the chest (which is gf'd) and almost uselss for every other rogue, so the price may vary depending on the buyer.

OT; If you can get a hold of the remaining pieces, it is BiS glasscannon as other people have stated.

It is BiS for max agility, not for glass cannon. 11 crit 2 haste > 1 agility for a glass cannon set.

Finished off the set now, made a mistake in equiping a pair of legs but got another relatively quickly, not just missing shadowfangs and rings:l
