Suggest me.

There are a few options.

You could continue to gear it up, which wouldn't cost very much, as you have most of the essentials, and play when games are popping. (not aware of the inactivity on EU). I assume when games do occur, they are competitive.

Or you could level up to 29, which wouldn't hurt you much on your investments, being that Gloom is bis at 29 as well. Unfortunately, I wouldn't think that the 20-29 bracket isn't very competitive due to the influx of F2P.

Competitiveness vs activity. It looks like you're seeking activity, but I personally do not find the 20-29 bracket very fun on US.

You're talking to the enemy, now, Tonkatruck. Maybe after he sees how bad all the EU who haven't converted to US are, he'll make the decision to come play with the real men. Til then, don't give him any help.
