Apparently even since u cant apply a insciption kit to those shoulders they still scale to provide 13 ap, but is there any type of kit u can apply to them?

you used to be able to trade window bug them. As of Wod trade window doesn't work, other alternatives though.

there is one forest on the guild bank, someone said the stats doesnt change at all @34 ilvl but would still has 1 more agi than inscription one
