Consider the future.

Hey!
I know you're all sick and tired of these threads, but consider this:

In the future trial accounts will get access to Draenor, like we got WotlK, Cata and Mists. We will go to Draenor. Get a level 100 with enchanting help us. Kill some mobs. Get a green drop. Click "disenchant" on the loot window. Get Draenic Dust. Visit his garrison. Get some fat enchants (sad to say but I guess the up to 100 enchanting era will be over then).

Are there any flaws in this? Does this sound like a probable future?

If f2p will be able to get thru timeless isle -> draenor portal when we get the content. But I'm not even sure if veteran 20s can use the Easter egg.

Can this be tested on Chinese servers right now? From what I recall, they don't restrict content, even for F2P.

Get some fat enchants

1. Those who care, know, want already gone vet or got things other ways.
2. There is no better enchant then elemental force.
3. For illusions, sure, you will be able to. Wait another year and you get it.

Vetted F2P's can use the Timeless portal during the 10-day trial; I have personally tested that. Don't expect to build a garrison or get hardly anywhere without dying, though. Even with escorts, there is no flying in Draenor to get you across the continent quickly without deaths. Perhaps the only "alLURE" to vettted 20's is fishing over there.

Blizzard said that it is not clear yet, they might add flying into Draenor later.

f2p and veterans (outside of their 10day trials) are unable to apply any non vanilla enchant so answer is NO

Go vet if u want them

Thats why he said 'in the future'. You might be able to do it by then, and even if you cant use enchant scrolls and what not, you might be able to use the enchanter in the enchanting hut to enchant your rings, weps and necks.

I really can't see an advantage of being able to get to Dreanor. There is nothing there for a level 20 other than a few achievements and maybe, maybe something that might drop. It is really a hassle to get around on Dreanor. Even at 100 you get slowed and dismounted by mobs that hit you unless you have that perk. The Shrine in Pandaria is a much better place to be. It has portals to practically everywhere in Azeroth and access to almost everything you need.

Except cool illusions and enchants?

i dont think we can build garrisons below level 90 since the quest requires level 90. im not sure if visiting friends garrison works though

Will not have access to the materials to get the enchants.
And there is a long quest chain to gain access to Dreanor and to have your own Garrison. There are many many extensive Garrison guides.
The sad fact concerning WoD is that most players just sit in their Garrisons most of the time.

You don't need your own garrison, you can visit a friend's garrison and use an enchanting hut there.

You get mats by rolling DE. It will take a while, but it's doable. There are plenty of things for F2P in WoD. Pets, toys, mounts etc. It's probably doable right now on Chinese servers. They don't expansion limit content. Although I won't be testing this personally.

Just because some of you are too ignorant to understand why or how, does not mean that it's not possible.

I'm quite sure some people will do it, and others will complain about crutching. So pretty much twinking since its inception.

Did you even read the first post?

Yes, did you even read the post above mine in which you quoted?

Simply because you have access to an enchanting building and have a lvl 100 help you kill some mobs does not mean that your level 20 will get a luminous shard when and if you happen to get a blue item to drop.
You need luminous shards to have access to bottom tier enchants.

Wowhead has some very nice Garrison guides if you all would like to know more about garrisons.

If flying in draenor comes to be a thing, f2p will be all over this. If not, the dedicated will benifit while the casuals will whine.

Get a warlock to summon you, hunt the rares that on first kill drop blues, have a high lvl enchanter in group = profit. It will be a grind yes, but isn't that what f2p is all about? Doing things the hard way
