11 SP made my undergeared hpala's flash heal go from 485 to 527 (42 increase) and holy shock go from 220 to 245. So SP seems to scale quite well for holy pala so I would probably use that since colossus can only proc once every 6 seconds, can be purged and only absorbs 94 damage.

I use SP/vitality. And normally go with full gift haste. However, as an FC you may want to try versatility. They are not that high any more, 10-12k for all four.

Mending probably. Judgements n stuff. Assume running the stacking move speed talent? Or sprint so you can pretend to be a druid? Idk lol. Judgement talent would probably be meh.

I run 11 SP on my pally it helps a lot in my opinion, and conq hpally is awesome.
