Twink Cup recruiting

MYT is on the verge of naming our A and B team for the twink cup and we've identified that we need a really solid player at two positions:

RSHAM - this is wide open for a pro rsham to walk into. Only people we currently have that can rock it are ones we want playing different positions
ARMS - We have some comp here but nobody rocking it the way we need for our A team. If you're a beast this position can be yours to take.

Both should be people comfortable in arena as well....both classes are great at 2's/3's and you should feel comfortable rocking your class in all settings.

nasti#1809 if you want to talk about trying out. Funding available for extremely pro candidates.

MYT continues to recruit all positions but we have very pro competition at the other spots (although best player will be on A team in tournament in the end). These are the two positions we have that are fairly open at the moment.

I think freedom of speech should apply to TI, people are entitled to their opinions, and to micromanage people's opinions is degrading and insulting. As rude as it may be, I'm sure MYT has heard worse, hell we all have, but we're all grown up, we can handle it, and Nasti and his team are perfectly capable in the gulch, they know it, they can also defend themselves in text as well in the field of battle. Shane's site, Shane's rules, you know how it goes. Freedom of speech is at his discretion as laid out in the CoC. It's not like I gave this guy an infraction, I just told him to be civil. I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation.

You mention people defending themselves in text. Part of my job is seeing to it that people don't have to defend themselves, because no one should be forced into having to defend themselves. Let it go.

Instead of A and B teams, may I suggest different colored teams. Such as red, blue, green or yellow. Or if color isn't your thing and you are only going have two teams ever just simply have a left and right team. Or finger and thumb, foot and hand, anything... That way so some does not think they are regulated to play second fiddle. The last thing you need is discord within a unit. Believe me, it works.
