But stats wise. With the scaling. Is it proven that 29 has better stats than 20 when scaled? Because before WoD I know that a level 20 lock had better stats than the 24. A couple for int and alot more stam. So idk about now

He just answered your question. All gear pieces scale to item level 34. So a given piece of gear will have the same stats for both levels. Level 29 has superior abilities, glyphs, and some better gear choices. Like he said, there's no reason to stay 20 if you're not a veteran.

My lock Destroluck is far from BiS and I never clamed it was, I have barely played 29 on it as I am focusing on my boomkin. That being said I have had LOADS of fun playing my warlock through the years, leveling it to 30 was never a mistake and I did unlock my experience on purpose. I might make a new 29 lock another day as gearing aint that hard and I do have two pairs of hotshots in the bank, but I simply had enough of all the toxicity and decided to go level 30 in an attempt to atleast take a break from the bracket and lay my focus on the 19 US bracket, not that it's less toxic, but it's at least a new adventure.
