Proffs got rolled back to 100 this realm restart. so you cant use eng trinkets/cloak anymore.
Edit. scratch that. profs get rolled back to 100 if you do any prof related quests that gives skill up - darkmoon fair

No like I did DMF and nothing happened to me, vet profs are pretty buggy though :/
Edit: I would prefer to talk to GMs to get my fuking Thrall's >: (
