Shall we revive this bracket on EU?

Since many people on 19s are getting bored of the bracket. Is it worth to revive 39s? maybe have a wsg pop at it some time like US are doing ! it could be the new thing since the bracket is really balanced.

Reasons to revive this bracket:

More spells
More balance in between classes.
hopefully less haters and naysayers.
more surviving
and almost all classes are viable
