yea its worth going 29 imo.
He would need to farm gnomer wrists and atleast 1 ring if he wants to keep rop.
Rest of the gear is easy to swap

If he has outlaw sabre I wouldn't level him. Blizzard always changes the system, if the old scaling system comes back he will have a BiS GFed sword. If not then its definately worth going 29, Shadowfang, BvB, and Gloom are all BiS at 29

I currently have a 21 rogue with BvB and Outlaw Sabre, only reason I wont level him is because I am hoping for one day Outlaw Sabre will be BiS again xD

PS. Sorry to post my question in this thread, but I wonder if this character is worth recovering. It's on an old banned account that I was able to get back, but it's been hacked and I'll have to call Blizz to get it straight. Would it be worth the effort and subsequent transfer to my main account? The LFH with +100 is the only thing that seems of any value.

Seal of Sylv, your bracers, and the girdle are all GF'd, and the LFH with +100 hp alone is reason enough, as well as having the gf'd red beards crest stam chant and a shadow fang to boot.

yup yup, its just a cool toon in general man, no reason to get rid of it entirely. With some time it could be polished to shine, or you could just sit it in anticipation.
