Optimal use for 4 piece BoE Defias set?

I've been interested in joining 19s since 39s died and recently found the aforementioned items on some old toons.
Haven't really pvpd seriously since being a resto druid in wotlk, but feral was where the joy was at. Attempting sustained damage while offhealing and cc for pressure with their mobility just made for fun games.

To me, there seems to be 3 options: Monk, Rogue, or Sell.
Monk: BM gets the bonus armor attack power, but does the Arcane Resist do anything? What about when coupled with a Belf? They seem like mobile cc machines, but haven't read much about their damage capabilities. They have Surging Mist, but is it a useful off-heal?
Rogue: Looks like only those with access to the gd'd chest use this for AP one-shot builds. So, probably not viable.
Sell: Use gold to fund more enjoyable twink?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, make a monk or sell. Too many rogues around right now and more rogue stacked teams make games very boring and frustrating, generally for the team with the rogue stack.

Or just sell and make a Hunter or something, not many Hunters around now except good ones since they're not the fotm anymore.

For Hunt and Rogue with item defias u want full set so its not very worth if u not have 5/5.
But with Monk, u can be BiS with only 2/5 Defias !
Im looking for stuff my monk with the better piece of defias set, but, i think the best (for play ap) its legs and weist.

Yes the arcane resist does work, it can resist polymorphs which can be quite useful. if your going for the 3 set for the arcane resist and 10 AP, use belt + boots + legs (if you want AP build) and use gloves + legs + boots (if you want stam build)

As for rogues only the belt is worth using for AP build, the legs are max AP but you lose too much stats for only 1 extra agility so its not worth it.

Guess it's Monk as many threads seem to point to the # of current rogues as a problem, still haven't found much info on them other than they tank/cc, play like bc rogues, and can "scumbag"?
I figured the resist did work, but is it substantial and is it only worth it if you combo with belf racial? With access to it, is the 3 piece a take it or leave it or something you'd definitely want to bring to the gulch?

Seeing how the belt and the boots are already max agility in itself, having both of them gives the +10 armor. After that, you could just use fang gloves and some other legs with high high agi. along with gloomshroud, and max agi bracers, cloak, etc, you'd have quite a heavy dps'ing bm monk.

No reason to use all 4 you just need 2
