Arcane glass-cannon haste?

hi all

Hoping you learned folks can aid me.

Looking to make a 29 arcane mage glass-cannon. Checking armoury posts the mages under arcane don't seem to be wearing any gear (except bluefish who is stacking stam I guess from the 4700hp), so if poss could I get an armoury link or Bis suggestions Pls? Don't mind farming.

Is the best stat haste? I'll probably be a goblin for passive haste..

Also, being new to mages why does every twink pick blazing speed it seems terrible for lasting only such a short time, is that just enough to get away?

just go frost and stack SP/stam/haste with vers enchants ofc
