I've tested the Goblin Screwdriver vs Sentinel's Blade and in my opinion +1 Wep speed for +1 agi -3stam isn't worth it, wep speed is too strong and it's only - 1 agi, maybe if it was -2agi

3 stamina is worthless for a rogue, 1 agility is 1.5 AP (0.43 DPS). That 0.1 extra speed you get you 10.5 procs a minute rather than 10 procs from goblin screwdriver. That 0.5 extra proc every minute isnt worth the 1.5 AP loss.

You are underestimating poison procs, and it is not a 1.5AP loss but a 1AP loss, I do agree that the 3 stam is useless but id take faster poison procs over 1AP anyday, maybe if you don't have enough AP but for me I have the AP I just need the sticking power, and again if it was -2agi i'd use Screwdriver for sure, but for -1agi i'd take the constant poison procs.

PS Not trying to argue with you, I have both and I do switch every so often, but it's a question of being so close to being the same in dmg that its just preferance, just like double ele vs ele + dancing steel. I use both and switch off every so often.

Combat rogues get 50% increased AP, so it is 1.5 AP. Like I said before, the difference 0.1 speed makes it 10.5 procs a minute rather than 10 procs from goblin screwdriver. That half a proc a minute isn't worth the 1.5 AP loss imo
