You may have seen DPL's GM Franchi spewing various trash talk; towards the 19s it's "you're all DDOSers", towards the F2Ps it's "You're all Failed to Pays", but towards 29s it's *crickets*. Presumably, he wants to shit talk F2Ps and 19s to goad them into queueing up in the bracket. However, he is noticeably absent when it comes to 29s. Why?

I've been trying to drum up competition for weeks now. You would think Franchi would reach out to get some competitive games going. I've been reluctant to push the issue because I just assumed it was timing. Maybe he was too busy to actually put in efforts to organize. Tonight, we had 5 people on Alliance and were rolling over pugs in WSG. We thirsted for competition, so I log over to Dragonmaw, and see that Franchi and several others are in a BG. GREAT! I think! Finally, some impromptu queue syncing can occur and we can give them the competition he has been asking for!

Long story short, he quickly mutes me on TeamSpeak, and refuses to answer PMs or Guild Chat messages. He used some vague excuse about a wargame night a month ago in which Barb joined the TS to play with us. No issue arose from this at all. He starts ranting about how bad F2Ps are that he's rolling with 5 mans. I ask if he wants to sync, wargame, or anything. Nope. Some further detective work, and we find that he is not queueing WSG because he doesn't want to get sniped by our 5-man or the other 5-man led by Warsong.

Let's cut the shit. Franchi, you've been terrible since I met you in Wrath. That's fine, I don't mind. You bring other things to the table, like the hard work of funding an entire guild at 29. But please, for the love of twinking, stop calling out others if you are unable to step up and take your licks in some actual competitive WSG.

I am not the leader of Departure lounge, never have been,


Dom told you we did not want skeezin and some of the other 19's in wargames, in response you roped in barb and brought him into our teamspeak

So piss off.

Further your idocy in setting up wargames the night before and the night after the <DL> wargames is rude.

Again, what does any of that have to do with the lack of true competitive nature exuded by your guild in the face of endless trash talk?

But I'll squash that pathetic attempt at a diversion. Dom didn't say anything about not wanting Skeezin/Barb prior to them joining. We were organizing wargames, and needed more bodies. They were interested. I gave them the info. After they joined, Dom said something to you. You pulled me into a channel. We agreed it would be a one-time thing for that night. I didn't do anything expressly against Dom's wishes. But hey, nothing happened of it anyway! Why does any of that matter?!?!

Back to the real issue. Why are you so intent on only queueing 5 or 10 mans into scrubs? Afraid of screenshots when you get beat? Well don't be! We just want what you want, games where we aren't farming scrubs into the ground. Right?

That's a good vid of my level 19 wow character deciding about running out of GY but then realizing we are getting camped so I turn back and head out the door lmao.
 
19s and 20s, please, when you see [MENTION=7974]Franchi[/MENTION] post in your subforums and threads, link the thread to remind him of this clumsy dodge.

We said we were unhappy about skeezin and not to do shit like that again LONG before you roped barb in.

As to the rest, you ALREADY dodged our overtures for competition, when i posted about 3's for Thursday night you went ahead and made a post telling everyone to que 2's knowing full well we were running 3 full 3's teams looking for some good arenas.

Get off your high stick horse Sam, you dodged us already. Don't come whining to me for a ten man when you dodge us for 3's.

Don't worry Nastay, this isn't the first time they've dodged competitive games/wargames. They crushed our hopes of competitiveness in the 29 bracket before our return to 19s. Sad days.
 
Finally figured out what this is about after talking to some friends on the alliance.

Nasty slapped a group together and told them that we were all hot and bothered to do some 10v10 tonight, before he even thought about asking us.

He then came into our teamspeak when he had his team around 9 pm demanding I field a team. Most of <DL>had been playing all day and was logging out. Iwas getting in a few last games and muted him, didn't figure it would matter and it would explain to him the level of displeasure we felt at him inviting scum into our teamspeak AFTER being warned about it.

So in order to save face with the people he had told that WE wanted premade games tonight he decided to make @posts here and on the Wow forums.

That is why he decided to come at me so hard.

I am not going to jump to forming a premade group at 9 pm on a Sunday If that means I DODGED then yeah I dodged like a boss.

So cowardly to tell someone to piss off in this situation I am sure.

Nasty, ambush premades don't happen, have you learned NOTHING from your time in this bracket?

We told you letting skeezin in was a one time only thing, you THEN brought in barb almost half an hour LATTER well after we had told you NOT to bring in people who are WELL KNOWN for DDOSing.

Barb was already in at this point, you just didn't notice it. Again, nothing happened as a result. No flaming, no DDOS. Why is this an issue?
As to competitive games, when I got the guild together for 3's thursday and posted about it on the forums you went out of your way to tell people to que 2's the same night.

I logged over to Dmaw and TS several times to get games going throughout the day. I didn't "demand" games. I did demand to know why you refused to have any kind of dialog with me. I don't buy the story about Skeezin/Barb. It sounds like you are using it as a scapegoat to dodge.

Sam you're full of shit. It's an issue because we told you NOT TO FUCKING DO IT. There were very few conditions to participating in the wargames not being a known DDOSing POS was one of them. Barb was NOT in teamspeak when you were told we were unhappy about skeezin. The fact that you thought bringing them in was going to be just fine is a problem to START with.

It's good to know that I have such control over <TBC>, <barffest>, and whatever pizza's guild is called, all the ex 24 guilds and every other 29 in the bracket. Apparently none of them can do a wargame of premade without my approval, it's a nice ego boost TBH. I suppose that makes me Bracket Master by default.

It's almost as if these two are treating this game as reality. They are acting like school children. "I told you I would meet you at the fence at 3:00 and you dodged me. " " No you dodged me first."
