Applying Enchantments on BoE Legs/Shoulders

Is there a way to enchant shoulder/leg enchantments onto BoEs without it becoming souldbound to my main?

I know there -was- a trade glitch where if you traded BoE pants back and fourth an enchant could be placed on them. Not sure if it was patched or not though.

I am quite sure that was fixed when they improved the server responsiveness at the start of WoD since the method relied on server lag.

off topic but i cba to start a thread: does the defias set bonus scale up for 29? if yes to what?

I was able to enchant the Defias Leggings and mail them to my BM. Not sure about other leg chants, but shadowleather doesn't bind the item to you anymore.

Armor kits should work.
