I have just revived my account after quite some time. I have never really got to enjoy my rogue twink in wotlk or cataclysm as things would never pop.

Would you say my rogue is on the right way gearwise to make a decent twink?

You have defias chest (GFed) , so you can just buy the other 4 peices for max agility set (see Sannchez @ Draenor - Community - World of Warcraft)

The legs need to be unbound so you can put Shadowleather Leg Armor - Item - World of Warcraft on it
