PLEASE put an end to this unnecessary drama...

I just wanted to let all of you know that I have spoken to several people who have contributed immensely to the 19s community who have informed me that they are moving on from 19 twinking due to the immense immaturity and drama in the 19s bracket. I don't care if you are or are not participating in this DDOS'ing bull crap, just STOP. It's not only those who are participating in it that are destroying the bracket; by recording skype conversations, calling people out using @ threads, etc., you are also contributing to the drama.

If you have any care for this bracket, quit the DDOS'ing crap, and PLEASE stop putting more attention to it. We are all adults here, and even if you aren't technically an 'adult,' you should be mature enough to act like one. I've had way too many people who I respect immensely quit 19 twinking because of your actions. So please, for the love of this bracket, put an end to this unnecessary drama.

For those of you who think it's funny to DDOS people, please get a life. Don't you have more important things to do then sit here and DDOS people? And to those who are advertising it, please stop. These people probably want attention, and they are getting the attention they want when you draw attention to their actions. I used to love sifting through TwinkInfo threads, but now ALL I see is this dumb crap about DDOS and all this drama that is an awful look to our community. I would NEVER encourage new 19 twinks to take a look at Twinkinfo now because all they would see is the drama that happens within this community.

I apologize for the rant, but I just think this is outright ridiculous. So many members of the community are just plain selfish and aren't looking out for the better of the community.

I think it's safe to say that a good majority of the "leaders" in this bracket are interested in protecting the bracket for themselves and those who they associate with; they're keen on having their own sandbox for their crews to play in. With the exception of a very small handful of people, most of these guys aren't out to grow and help make 19s a thriving bracket. I've seen hundreds of posts of people indicating passion for the bracket, while their in-game and behind the scenes actions with their cliques indicate the exact opposite.

I believe this is the reason people are getting riled up. Players are sticking up for the people responsible for this crap and acting like the rest of the community is at fault for vilifying them in a public forum. The excuses of "oh that was in the past, only months ago, I'm done now" and "I've changed, I'm different now and don't do that anymore" are delicate facades, meager attempts to save face in light of being put on blast by the very people they claim to be working to preserve the bracket for.

That being said, I agree with your sentiment. Can't we just all chill and play the damn game? What sort of entertainment is there in ruining the game for others? Calm the fuck down and just enjoy the games and our community. You guys remember how miserable it was when 19s weren't popping. I don't think any of us want to go back to rolling with the free to play accounts.
