One person I know was hacked and the hacker deleted his twink's gear. When the GM restored the gear, they accidentally gave my friend back all gear x 2. So he now has double quest reward gear.

there is a method but i wouldnt advise trying for double quest rewards unless you wanna get banned like people already have
