Excellent build for your stat focus. However I'd replace argus ring with lavishly jeweled ring as it offers more intell and crit.

Now for my bad judgement...as of this patch crit and intell aren't that great of a focus. I would suggest rolling haste as a prime source. Don't go full haste like wearing that damn cloth chest. Keep it hybrid between stam and haste. Feel free to use my current equipped gear as a refrence. Again just my judgement

pvp boa mace
mtb(maybe?)
lightforge shoulders(Could get the shaman pvp ones for even more haste, but at a loss of mitigation)
cloth robe from bfd(again, more haste but loss of mitigation/primary stats, you decide)
10/10 would recommend getting tyranny trinket or perhaps even a haste trinket :3

it seems as if you're linked so changing it up to see what works for you shouldn't be too difficult
