Best resto shaman wep enchant?

I personally run spellpower on my healers.
The boots are still in game and are a quest reward.
If you do not world PvP, stats on a level 20 shaman are actually better than a level 29 inside a battleground due to scaling.

Level 20 and 29 both scale to the same stats, all items scale to ilevel 34 no matter what your level is. So level 29 is better than 20 for more gear options, abilities, and glyphs.

Believe what you will.
And you are correct 20s and 29s scale the same. Yet my poor little level 20 shaman comes into a BG with over 6100 health and more spellpower than a level 29. And has been doing it since 5.4. Go figure...

Do you mean random 29's or well geared ones? Because I have around that same health and doubt you have more sp - and if you do it's because I wear deadman's hand which is completely worth it.

I do think level 20 shamans are one of the stronger lvl 20 classes...but the lack of earthshield really dooms you to second class status to a real 29.

EDIT: Also those boots they asked if they were in game are GF for 29's - quest now requires level 36

If a 29 used the same gear as you, he'd literally have the same exact stats, just more abilities and gearing possibilities. 20 for scaling was good in mop, now there's no such thing as staying at the lower end of the bracket because scaling because everything scale exactly the same, no matter the level.

ill try the same gear with a lvl 20 n 29, but in reality u can tell an Hp difference, if they both r naked. ill be honest , id rather have glyph and abilities then Hp

lets say you for argument sake a 20 really did gain 1000 -1500 hp.

20 resto shaman vs a 29 resto shaman/ abilities gained thru levels - Gear scales the same. So lets look at abilities, shall we:

1)Frost shock @ 22 slows target movement speed by 50% for 8 secs

2) Water walk @ 24 helps team & yourself in AB

3) Earth Shield @ 26 increase healing on target by 20%

4) Earthbind Totem @ 26 totem with 20 secs of slows within 10 yards

5) Chain lighting @ 28 - Hurls a lighting bolt , dealing (60.7% of Spell power) Nature damage and then jumping to additional nearby enemies. Affects 3 targets

Glyphs -

(major) chain lighting - hits 2 more targets but 10% less damage great for spinning flag until help gets there

(major) glyph of ghost wolf - hinders slows by movement speed

(major) frost shock - lowers frost shock by 2 secs

(major) glyph of purge - dispel 1 additional magic effect but has a 6 sec cool down

(minor) spirit wolf - ghost wold can be used while your a ghost form

HoneyBadgers been drinking a bit I'm sure I made tons of mistakes & typos. lol

Conclusion - 29 > 20

Fuç% Hp , this conclusion is lvl vs lvl wise not player skill wise or f2p vs p2p or any ßull$hyt like that. plus 20 & 29 may even be the exact same hp , ill test later , maybe .... ( hiccup ) lol

Thanks for all the help guys. Shame about the boots but meh, oh well. I personally like being at 29 on my sham but haven't tried 20 so I couldn't really know.

On the topic of scaling though I've seen some lvl 10 twinks put out a LOT more dps than a 19 of the same class, pretty much doing the same thing, so there must be something in it.

i play 20 and 29 - 20 doesn't do more damage. its all situational and player skill nothing more. As you can see from screen shot. No hang over this morning. lol

Currently Queing to test with same exact gear. will be back in a few results.

Bearform doesn't matter since both same Hp - 4680

STAM IS THE SAME for both LOL. So no reason to be 20 unless you want to play with restrictions 20-28 p2p non restrictions is Dumb. please pass this info out. /tickle

Due to bag space i threw same gear on both druids not best in slot just gear both had but removed gloves on both , boots and chest since 1 had gloom shroud and other didn't .

Don't you all miss me theory crafting , jk :p

All those above points are true. But, a level 21+ is not allowed to play in any of the trial reindeer games. You must be level 20 to participate in world PvP events.
That is why I have both a level 20 AND a level 29.
And yes, my level 20 does have more spellpower when scaled than your grandfathered toon.

Back to topic...
Now that it is so much easier have multiple heirlooms I have been experimenting with mark of Warsong on my weapon and a haste build with a bit of success. I still need to find a happy medium between it stamina and versatility.
