you’ll need to log in to every character that currently has heirloom items in their bags or bank or void storage in order to add their heirlooms to the collection

Not sure this has been posted anywhere yet, but if you're linked, and going for the heirloom hoarder achievement and the lvl 1 mount, make sure you log onto your trials first, and then onto your paids last to earn it. The reward comes in the mail, so unless you have a gm move it between accounts you're sol.

This makes the whole concept of this patch lackluster. All my heirlooms that I was waiting for are now sitting behind a $15 paywall.

Well, you can still create your heirlooms, the only thing stuck behind a paywall is the 35 heirloom collection achievement, which gives a lvl 1 mount. Useful, but not needed

No no, cannot create heirlooms because I have to log into those toons first to add them to collections. I guess I had assumed they would auto-populate.

I see, if that's the case, hang in there. Blizzard hands out free trials for for 7-10 days every few months or so

Wish I had thought of this earlier. Looks like I'll be spamming GMs until I get my mount cause it's on a f2p account that I don't plan on upgrading. They spam every toon's mailbox with stupid molten corgis for a month, but you get one shot at learning this mount; awesome*.

I am now, only missing the BoA shields and agility weapons(from dmf) .
