Shout box is a... chat on TI, but it's only available for TI accounts with "ranks", such as MVPs, donors, Veterans, etc.
So it's "invisible" for other users

Just make guard scale less or absorb percentage of HP and this would be even better

No guard at 19 but for 29 yeah guard a big problem when it can break 6k. 30sec duration with 30sec cd another area that needs adjustment...or make it dispellable.
