What class are you playing?
Most classes can solo the last boss of Gnomer by stealthing or Goblin Gliding to the last boss in LFG and killing the boss before other players are in range. The added bonus of this is you don't get locked of instances since its the LFG tool. You can do runs in <5 minutes with some classes.
Also, assuming you're also fine with attack power bracers since they're the same as agility bracers:
Average runs needed for bracers: 105
Average runs needed for two agility rings: 78
If runs take 4 minutes each, you're looking at about 7 hours of farm time.
After 1391 runs (92 hours), you're statistically guaranteed (99.99%) to get your loot.

Can't you kite with recoup + bandages? The moves pretty slow and as long as you don't get hit by bombs doesn't do too much damage.
