A bit personal preference but I would use gloves of the fang (10 agi 7 stam), Glowing Lizardscale Cloak (9 agi 3 stam), and smelting pants (13 agi 6 crit 6 stam).

I also find crit gear no good as a f2p without ele force and 3.5 AP being 1 DPS now but that is very subjective.
