It scales well.
But i guess, the 3 intellect , 12 haste robe is far better. Haste is a primary stat for me, and it going to be super useful in 6.1 .

I would get pve staff instead of pve mace + OH. Costs less, and it's a trade off of about 1% of haste for 1% crit and 5int or something. TBH, I wouldn't really bother with any haste atm since int scales so well and it's hard to get a good amount of haste on a f2p, and you lose a shitload of other stats going for max haste. Looking good so far 4/5

No big fan of haste for healers atm but its everyones personal preference.
Id rather stack Int/Stam with the huge scaling of int + insane dmg by some fotm classes we wont call out now */purr*
Didnt write Blackfathom Legs cause you chose the robe or did u do it before patch and can roll the quest again? Go for legs then!
