9.5/10 really nice pure crit/int dps. only thing i would change is cloak. 3 haste is nothing. better go for
Feyscale Cloak - Item - World of Warcraft it scales to 7/7 on bg. i think its bis for ele.

Feyscale Cloak and Dreadmist Robe gives you 5 Stam + 1 Int for 2 Crit. Id consider this tradeoff.
Also switch spec
