Is there any bomb that can CC that is an instant cast or lower than 1 second? I saw a level 20 use an instant bomb and it CC'd for 2 seconds.

you obviously didn't twink back in the day then xd

Vanilla bombs and grenades used to be a lot of fun but in 5.4 they nerfed like every bomb to a 3 sec cast time. They used to be instant or <1 seconds.
