Hey everyone.
Here's a tip for killing blink classes as a rogue.
This is mainly for BGs, since rogue can't beat any class but warrior in duels.
As a rogue, you have no mobility. Therefore, if you don't want to get kited and slowly tortured to death, you must plan out your assassination.
Obviously, you can LOS to live, but your target gets away.
Picture this:
Some druid EFC is running across mid and you are stalking him. If the druid is half good, you can't kill him.
So you sap, instantly re-sap if he trinkets, until a teammate or 2 comes and attacks him. Then you all jump him, and he blinks. And you stand there clueless because EFC got away.
However, if you sap and place yourself 15 yards in front of the druid before your teammates attack. It is very likely the druid will blink on to you. And there is a easy kill.
For mages and warlock this is the same.
For hunters, it is much harder to predict where they disengage/charg to, but this is all you got.
Lastly, regardless of if you teammates are nearby, stay ahead of EFC. This way if he blinks to get a faster cap, he will be in for a surprise.
This strategy works best with 2 rogues. One stays near EFC and saps, the other stays in front. If EFC blinks, the rogue behind can sap his defenders, then help out the rogue in front.
Good Luck
