Rolling a sham fc

What are all the best Stam chants mainly for chest shoulders and legs. Also shoulders and helm are the only boas that aren't best for Stam right?

i just think they excel much more in other areas, and druids outshine shamans in every way as far as fcing goes.

Shaman is more tanky and has better heals, it's not that bad as an FC.
