Sounds like it's either glitched, or like you guys just got a later hotfix on it.

Granted, it being "glitched" would be a bit of a misnomer, as it's a bug that low levels can get in as it is.

I'd recommend still trying it after next hotfix/patch, to see if it changes back. Can't hurt.
