Twinks and bugged Battleground Queues - A sad story

Alright, im going on to a full read right now. Will give a response in 7-8 min.
 
As most of you know people like me (twinks) can lock their XP to stay on a certain level. When doing so, everyone with locked XP gets into a separate queue for battlegrounds = the XP Locked BG. That means that battlegrounds can only pop when there are enough other people queueing for it while having their XP Locked.

yeah , got it--- thinking about it, you are completely right! I have been thinking about this as well, since i have seen no "p2p" at level 21-28 undergeared .....
 
lol lenny did u read it all?, anyway, u should underline 19bracket experience, well hope it gets fixed soon, and hopefully they put all diferent realm languages together, better all together then just with spanish and italians.~

xp off bg ques are pausing randomly that is what people are referring to as the bug with ques. This is causing people to miss ques they otherwise should have gotten. This issue is also severely effecting 19s who literally only do wsg. I personally que for wsg specific and random blacklisting ab and eots at 19 (so the only option for random is wsg). So although adding more bgs to the 20-29 bracket should have increased que time but should have had no effect on 19s. The fact that 19s are experiencing this issue leads me to believe that bugged ques along with new bgs (mainly av) are both the reasons for increased que times for you guys.
 
Today's restart brings some changes: can't queue for random bg and a specific bg anymore but random bg and a skirmish or 2 specific bg or both skirmishes only.
