20-29 Armor Scaling Techs

Is there an aggregated list of low ilevel items and how they scale into the 29 brackt?

I've been playing around with some lower level greens/blues on my warrior and have found a few items that I think get passed over.

For example:
Pocket-Nuke Belt is arguably BIS for mail wearers, scaling to 6/9/6 in PVP environments. AB belt is 11/5/0, Dungeon reward belt is 8/8 or 6/6/6 depending on which you get.

Items like Rift Bracers could also scale well, arguably better than the higher level blues most people use.

Any thoughts on this?

There is a big list on the f2p section, a sticky thread. For items after lvl 20 req there is none that I know of.
