And I thought level 20 was low for a mount. I remember back in the day when it was level 40 and that it was an actual accomplishment to get your first mount. Times are changing.

This is still on PTR. We're talking about where level 1s could get lvl 90 WOD questing gear... I highly doubt the 160% will carry over to live servers.

100% is normal walking speed, i assume its 160% total when mounted.

While ye, it's PTR, I think it'll stay, there is no other purpose for the mount, I doubt something like this would be linked to heirlooms otherwise. Heirlooms aim to make leveling faster, this links.
