I've tried walking into ICC but I can't seem to get in on my F2P,Can anyone confirm that you can/can't get in anymore?

Couldn't say for sure, but if it helps, F2Ps were never able to just walk in. You would have to be grouped with a P2P who is able to go in, and then go into the instance after them.

I'm in a group with a P2P and they're already in the instance,everytime I try to walk through,it says I'm too low of level.

In that case, it's possible that they fixed it, and that Precious' Ribbon is now grandfathered. There was just a patch, and it was an instance-related patch, so that is entirely possible. Will require more people to test it out.

Tried to get inside icc on my f2p with my P2P inside today, feb 3rd. Could not get in and getting the same error message you were getting.

I don't know but if someone has a warlock and is on NA servers,I'll give it a go.

Edit: Just tried summoning in via Warlock portal,didn't work.
