I've spoken to plenty of GM's in the past about issues in low level pvp and every single one of them had said similar in regards to what this blue post below states and that honestly is they will not do anything about it, as their main focus is on max level pvp.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. Similar issues have occurred in other brackets or perhaps in this bracket in the past. We as a bracket can try to enact a 'bracket ban', but that never works effectively. It's either adapt to the new bracket changes or simply quit.

Lol the Comments on there are so dumb. One guy is like, "I'd rather them work on level100 balancing than low level balancing", yet, blizz can't balance any bracket even if it's at max level. Half those posts are just from morons, I wouldn't sweat it.

Its not a matter of balancing but of fairness.
Theres a difference if a class does 15% more dmg than 3 others or that class can kill all 3 others at the same time while absorbing all their dmg (in a theoretical sense ofc).
Blizzard doesnt care for balance we know that but they care for delivering a good experience while leveling. This monk (and feral)-problem happens in leveling-bgs as well so they will give it some thoughts. Not that its a hard problem after all. Happened lots of tiems before that base dmg of skills was too high and they switched the modifier.

PS: If they wouldnt there still would be 104% Holydins 1shocking through bgs ;)
 
My theory is that the root of all imbalance is gearset bonuses.

oh, they care about the leveling experience? let me tell you a story.. since wod prepatch bonus armor on lowlvl items is out of control..you might not realize it because most of you only play in 20-29 BUT every single bracket from 30-99 is completely unplayable due bonus armor stackers.. you guys think a lvl 29 bm monk is overpowered? meet tanks in higher brackets with bonus armor stacking who have 4-5times as much attackpower than other classes...
blizzard doesnt care about shit, endgame is broken and lowlvl is worse than ever before, tanks can do 1vs5 and guess what blizzard does about it.. nothing, but hey atleast we get selfies in 6.1 with twitter
 
I'm getting real annoyed by the smart-heads in the comment section. "Hey, I might try it out", "They don't care about low-level pvp". This is just disgusting: "Scenario: You are trying to play in a useless bracket. Facts: No one cares about it. WoW is about level 100." It's just pure ignorant to say that.

What's funny is that one could argue that xp-off battlegrounds are more competitive than end game RBGs. Top RBG groups flyhack and ddos their way to rating. For that matter arenas ratings are more or less meaningless due to win trading and piloting. So when the 100s turn on us, I think it's more out of frustration with imbalance at endgame pvp than anything else. Blizzard does not balance for pvp, period. I have just had to put the idea that a bunch of designers sit around a table balancing numbers on spreadsheets out of my head, or I go crazy.

Someone said in that above, old thread said they balance for pvp at endgame, and that there are probably like 5 people in the 20s brackets. I just looked at arenamate. There are a little over 2000 players in the US over 2k rating in RBGs (I don't think anyone under that number qualifies as a serious pvp'er). I think as twinks we can easily match that number. I think that Blizzard just ignores us, because if they engaged us, they would open the door to critique on this pvp balance. It would expose major flaws in the whole game that they just really don't want to deal with. The fact that there are possibly more people taking pvp seriously at low levels than at endgame, highlights how bad endgame pvp is.

I don't know what it's like on your servers, but in my trade chat RBGs are seen as, more or less, a joke. I think that one could easily make the argument that twink battlegrounds are more competitive than endgame.

Trade chat RBG's are a joke, yes. Care to explain how twink bg's can be more competitive that endgame real RBG's are? I really don't see your point here. Terrain exploiting and shit it's even easier at low lvl pvp and i've seen many doing it. DDoS'ing happens from time to time yes, but that doesn't mean 20 pvp > 100 pvp.

Wintrading? That happened since the start of arenas many years ago. That doesn't make endgame arenas shit. If your skirmishes will be given ratings, you'll see wintraders in low lvl pvp arenas also.

Low lvl pvp is broken as fuck, i only casual PVP now at 100 (lack of free time) but... i tried f2p and p2p low lvl pvp in WoD and it made me puke. Can't say this about lvl 100 pvp. I'm really having fun.

to be fair he is a well known windwalker who is just pissed because windwalker is by far the worst arena spec in the game atm..so he made a video about the current state of pvp which is a joke (the 3tank video you mentioned)
