for ppl who dupe? yes, for the ones who buy duped shit? no. usually you are safe if you buy duped stuff in the auction house BUT if its way too obvious (e.g an epic spectral tiger for 400-500k gold) then the mount will be removed (if you get caught) and ofc your gold wont be restored

You can also as a buyer be banned and risk a prrm ban if you buy alot of dupes and start resell as you do knoe its just dupes
