The satchel belts are still BIS for several classes at 29 with scaling. In order to do them, you need to queue with a 24. I'm sure many of the people who moved up to 29 still may have 24s sitting around that could help queue them in.

I need a satchel belt on each Horde and Alliance. I have a 24 hunter on Alliance that I could queue people in with. I am available in the evenings from 5-11 Eastern time.

If I am to understanding, this goes by level of the dungeon, not the level of the player, but you need to queue for randoms with a player eligible for the desired reward, within the allowable range of levels. So, one could queue for randoms with a 24 for satchels, but not a f2p because you can't queue for random with a player 9 levels apart . Always wondered how that worked. Good to know.

I thought maybe you'd have to lock at the desired level and spam runs until you got the desired items before you could continue leveling.
