Looking to make a Fire Mage, thoughts at this time and where to go?

Like stated in the title, looking to make a fire mage after levelling one for a while and loving the crit style of play. I was wondering if there were any good builds to have a look at and any advice? Furthermore, where is the hottest place to be at the moment? I'm looking for activity more than anything

Stormscale H or Ravencrest A these are the most active twink severs imo basicly you will get hated either way so it doesnt rly matter which u choose, do you prefer horde or alliance is the question

I'm open to horde or alliance, my mains are on Aggramar Alliance, so I won't be able to provide the gold etc so it doesn't matter which server

max crit> aojs set. Use everything he is but add lavishly jeweled ring, Lasherspike wristguards. Amulet of Truesight. Nobles Robes, And then the 6 int 6 crit belt. Forgot the name.
