if you can get your hands on the OH loom you can get even more haste. not so sure about the stam ratio on using that but it shouldn't be way too different.

Oh yeah shit I forgot the only MH caster loom is the mace.
It's a shame blizzard hasn't put +sp on any of the low-lvl caster weapons, and its extremely inconsistent aswell. if you're just leveling a new char the lvl 30 +sp staff from scarlet monastery is probably BiS until like lvl 50-60 or some shit since its the only low lvl weapon (besides the monk only staffs) that even has +sp.

Yeah, it kind of blows. I'll use this set, it works decent even though warlocks have a tough time against ferals and paladins.
