Seems accurate, except for one thing.
Rogue.
Most rogues who are new to the bracket or don't have the mindset to learn are indeed tier 4, but a good rogue who uses everything to his / her team's advantage is easily gamechanging, and at least tier 2.

Ya good point. Too bad there are only a few rogues that are actually game changing.

for my unbiased opinion id put WW monks in tier 1
 
Great idea but lots of bias when it's posted by one person...even if unintentional / best of intentions. We tend to overestimate the classes/combinations we personally struggle with and underestimate the OPness of the ones we primarily play ourselves. So lots of confirmation bias when ppl just largely agree. For example, Ferals are beasts at 19. They don't hit "I win" in every situation but the rake / 5 combo pt combination can insta drop many with crits. That's powerful in both WSG (EFC) and 2's.
 
I wouldnt count Protadins out of Tank list if it specifies FCing. They still have a pretty good movement speed outside debuff, not to mention they still have a silcence/interrupt and a semi-ranged stun.

I can't confirm what I just noted though, since I just recently switched my pally to prot for testing.
 
I think combat rogue/disc priest deserves a higher spot on the 2v2 rank. I ran into the same 2s team running this comp a billion times yesterday and the rogue was just ripping teams apart. It was 100-0 on the opener almost every time with little chance to recover after.

Yeah, just a quick shield on the rogue here and there to avoid burst. The rogue did so much damage on the opener that it was basically game over from that point. Granted I was with random partners every time, but I was almost always the rogue target and I rarely survived an opener.

yeah, combat hits way hard you need to keep him off of you
 
Yeah, Priest / Rogue synergy is really good. I still don't think ferals are that amazing in 2s. There's very few opportunities to set up a Savage Roar + 5 CP Bite.
 
Business seems to do a good job of setting those opportunities up but may depend on combo he's playing against.
