PvP heirloom vendor and PTR

PvP loom vendor has been removed from Org in PTR. ALL non-guild looms (sans DPR and a few other exceptions), including honor point looms, are sold for gold.

the SW vendor is still there albeit hiding inside another npc, and there is also the vendor in wintergrasp

the horde vendor is hiding behind a tauren

My copy of PTR is kinda unwieldy and slow + i didn't bother to restore the settings i normally work with. it could very well be possible that it's just inside another npc.
but this still raises a question- why would they put a new npc to that very same spot, if they didn't have plans regarding pvp loom vendor?

Don't think they would add the loom upgrade tokens (bought with honor) to the honor vendor if they wanted to remove it. They also added the upgrade tokens to Argent Tournament vendor and probably to the DMF vendor too (no way to check atm). So my guess is that Blizz wants to give players different options. Take the shortcut and buy looms with gold, or keep your gold and buy looms from other sources.

I think you're right, and I like this, because ever since they took out the ability to convert honor to JP, I don't think anyone's really felt a compulsion to collect honor anymore, and that may have contributed (to some small degree) to some people not queueing for battlegrounds as much. But now we can collect honor to buy all the honor looms which, largely, aren't very useful to us, but by god there's a tab to fill, and the collector in all of us wants to fill those blank spaces!
