So, Verify (yes THE Verify) asked me to make a Resto Druid Flag Carrying Guide, so here it is.
Gear: Verify @ Ravencrest - Community - World of Warcraft
Play style: Pick Flag > Cat Form > Travel Form > Jump from tunnel roof > Cat Form > Dash > If enemies approach, use Displacer Beast > If you happen to have a speed potion use it > Cap Flag
Swag: To achieve max swag you must do the following: Jump > Use the arrow keys to spin around while in the air.

Step 1. Gear : Capsfordays
BoA > LFH cuz dodge from agi
honor neck > TBN cuz dodge
resil shoulders and enchant
tank cloak cuz best combo of stam and dodge
bands of sera'kiss > bracers of ancient grove ( ik im lazy)
blackened defias gloves cuz bis swag
5/5/5 belt cuz dodge from agi
boa legs with stam/dodge enchant
Cobrahn's boots cuz crit/stam/morearmorthanspidersilk hipe
ellos cuz crit/stam
ring of defense is self explanatory...
pvp trinket: duh....
other trinket: 10 crit is fun
weapon. if you dont have gargoyle's bite with windwalk, you are doing it wrong.
chants: versatility/stam errywhere, speed on cloak and boots
MOST IMPORTANT PART: FELINE SWIFTNESS!!!!!!!
Step 2. Get bands-of-serrakis to be better than me
Step 3. Go into the gulch
Step 4. Pick flag
Step 5. Who needs blink when you run faster than mounts?

Few extra things :


1) Someone grabs flag first, instead of healing them you stay entire game not healing just waiting in stealth in efr to flag carry or repick.


2) You are the only healer on your team but decide to FC instead.


3) You rolled a resto Druid to FC never intending to heal anyone ever lol


4) You use the same predictable path every Bg to cap flag


5) You want to flag carry but never take the time to learn jumps
