Which stats yield the best DPS as a Balance druid @ 10?
 
none, level 10 balance druids don't have starsurge or moonkin form, so i would highly suggest going 19 if you want to be of any assistance to your team. At level 10 you will literally hit like a wet noodle especially with the changes to starsurge (that it increases starfire or wrath dmg by 30% after casting starsurge depending on your eclipse and that it now has 3 stacks). So yeah, 19 boomkins are leaps and bounds better than a 10 boomkin could ever be.

I respect that, however that doesn't answer my question.
 
Bonus experience as it allows you to hit level 19 in the least amount of time. This stat may be found on most heirloom armor pieces.

you clearly don't respect my answer if you're still planning on playing a 10 boomkin. Please play at 19 if you plan on playing a boomkin in the 10-19 bracket. You lose the reason boomkins are good by not having moonkin form or starsurge. There's a reason no one wants to answer your question, it's because you would be worthless in wsg as a 10 boomkin

I don't know what you plan on doing besides world pvp if you don't want to do bgs or arenas. It's hard to say what is bis if we have no idea what you plan on doing with your toon (since it isn't wsg).
 
'Highest DPS' is pretty self explanatory. If I had a lvl 10 dummy, and attacked it with my best rotation, which would be the best stat.

Bonus experience aka 9 levels aka 19s>10s aka stop bumping this thread because no one will give you the answer you want because no one plays 10s aka people who play 10s get stomped due to lack of abilities and gear.

Did you even bother reading the thread? I've expressed my desire not to touch your oh so precious WSG matches - why are people so bitter?

This applies to lvl 19 Hpals along with most casters... If you read other threads you'd figure out the answer on your own. Also, you can always just test different stats like everyone else does.

Am I the only one who feels as if there is an Anti-level 10 sentiment in the bracket? I really find them annoying due to their low HP, beside Egg he seems like a decent fellah.

I would go crit. Glass Cannon style.

I can see why we're annoying to you - you haven't had to deal with us for a while, and we're not all exactly the best players in the world, or at least that's the impression I get.
I also think it's rather an elitist bracket, and that's got to stop - not just in this one but in all brackets.

There's a place for elitism, but it's not in the general pubs. I'm sorry but get real, if you want to play that way - fine, just don't forcefully impose it on others.
