I know you are going glass cannon but the -4 stam penalty is a fairly stiff price to get that extra int or 2.

Something like this should provide the same effective DPS without the stam loss, just puts some of that stat budget into crit:

I haven't seen anything mentioned anywhere or had a chance to test if it scales up at all. Might get a small boost.

that ring goes to 5int (same) but 4 crit (+1) in scaling

change to the cloth bracers with haste int and stam
get versa enchs instead on crit
change leg and shoulder enchs to the lvl 85 ones
