Level 10 resto shaman

Now that I have found out about this macro, egg and I have been q-ing resto shaman/ feral druid in 2's. In the arena, 10's are scaled to level 19 so our stats become crap. We are like 19's with less spells, which is a fun challenge. However, I am not sure on what i should enchant on my rings, neck, and back. I would get about 14% versatility if I went with vers. I get around 35% crit if I go with crit. Any ideas on what stat I should go for? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, i've been on my 100's a lot so far and havent got a chance to look around the 10's bracket. Any idea which class/spec are the kings (besides ferals). Ready to ge back into the 10 twinking community. BTW we are trying to revive our guild on Sargeras -The best of Tens- so if you are interested, hit me or egg up

Haste is usually the way to go, fast healing surges really make a difference. Atm I'm sitting at 25.72% haste (Slightly more in arena) and my healing surge is down to 1.2 sec cast.
It's safe to say shamans are (one of) the best healers in arena's atm, but I think you're going to have a bad time vs 19's with just riptide and healing surge available
