Boomkins: Bis Weapon Enchant?

So, after maining in the F2P bracket since it originated, the quality of games has changed in WoD to the point of me wanting to quit WoW.

So, here I am in the 19s bracket, I have rolled a Boomkin, but, I was wondering about the BiS weapon enchant.

Heres some statistics of enchants I was pondering with:

Power Torrent: 21 intellect procs

Healing Power: 11 SP constant, also 1 int = 1 sp

Elemental Force: procs 120-140 damage


Power Torrent vs. Healing Power, ok so one procs 21 sp while the other retains a constant 11 sp, wouldn't a constant sp be worth more than a proc? (needs further reasoning)

Also I was theorycrafting and in midfights as a Boomkin, most of the fights in the 19s bracket are mid fights right?

So, lets say I have Elemental Force on my DHC, I Moon/Sunfire everyone in sight for 24/7 uptime, would the proc from Elemental Force be BiS for this reason alone?

A lot of the fights in 10-19 are within the mid-field, or on/around the road/restro hut around the Graveyard. You DoTs would proc Ele Force, and hard casts would proc Ele Force. I think EF would be BiS if you are looking for a pure damage/max burst kind of feel for doomkin.

We will have ques, we've had ques for the past 3 days and I do not see the momentum stopping anytime soon.

edit : Alternatively; you could look up Skill Ratio and find the boomkins they have. They have a "Best in Slot or GTFO" policy when it comes to members.
