With the Off-Hand Warglave being a 1.80 speed weapon I think the haste gained from stacking Mongooses is a waste of potential... I personally would put something that I want to proc often on the it like Dancing Steel, Landslide, or maybe even Mark of the Shattered Hand.

your MH weap swings can proc the OH enchant and same goes for the OH weap can proc the MH. maybe this aint true for all enchants idk. but for dancing steel it can proc on any melee hit.

"on melee attack" is true that it both can trigger off both... I forgot. But I know that if you put something like Windsong on a fast weapon it can proc over itself and you can have 2, or all 3 of its buffs at the same time. But Blizz likes to change stuff all the time... if you don't read every Hotfix you never know what might have changed.
