Sweet gnome! I like the fact that it's gnome mostly. I don't know about the double agm on priest instead of 1 agm + insignia of the horde though, I'd probably only use one of those since you're not only a cloth wearer causing you to have 47 armor but you're also a healer which makes you a target for any intelligent player so you're going to be stunned and having +10 stamina in that situation is going to be pretty irrelevant.
